We are currently seeking a Kitchen & Bath Designer /Sales and a Carpenter to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality home renovation and remodeling services. CARPENTER
Responsibilities
Measure and mark materials to precise specifications, ensuring accuracy in cutting and assembly.
Use various tools, including saws, chisels, and planes, to cut and shape wood and other materials.
Assemble and install structures such as frameworks, cabinets, windows, doors, and molding.
Ensure proper fit and alignment of components.
Apply finishes such as varnish, paint, or stain to protect and enhance the appearance of completed projects.
Identify and repair damaged structures or fixtures.
Perform routine maintenance on wooden components to ensure longevity.
Adhere to safety standards and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Troubleshoot and solve issues that may arise during construction or installation.
Provide creative solutions to challenges encountered on the job.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry.
Two years experience as a carpenter or a related field is required.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and precision in measurements and installations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read Designer’s plans and blueprints.
Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to finishing work.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics to achieve a high-quality finish.
Commitment to safety and knowledge of safety protocols.

KITCHEN & BATH DESIGNER / SALES CONSULTANT

Position Summary: Join the FSC team as a Designer/ SUPER STAR Sales Consultant and play a crucial role in bringing our client's visions to life. Utilizing the 2020 Design software, you will be working closely with clients to conceptualize, design, and create stunning kitchen and bath spaces.

Responsibilities
Design Excellence:
Collaborate with clients to understand their design aspirations and functional requirements for kitchen and bath spaces.
Utilize 2020 Design software to create detailed and visually captivating designs that blend aesthetics and functionality.
Create proposals using our estimator software.
Client Engagement:
Attend to walk-in clients as needed.
Take accurate measurements and specifications at locations to use in designs.
Present design concepts and proposals to clients.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients are informed and engaged throughout the design process.
Project Coordination:
Work closely with the Project Schedule Coordinator, manager, and other team members to ensure design concepts are effectively integrated into the overall project plan.
Provide accurate measurements and specifications for materials, finishes, and fixtures required for each design.
Stay Current:
Keep up with industry trends and innovations in kitchen and bath design to bring fresh ideas and concepts to our projects.
Requirements
Education: A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
Must be proficient with 20/20 design software to be considered for this position.
Must have proven track record in sales to be considered.
Experience: Build upon 2+ years’ experience in kitchen and bath design or interior design is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey design concepts effectively to both clients and the team. Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous.
Detail-Oriented: A meticulous approach to measurements, specifications, and design execution is essential.
Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with clients, manager, and team to bring designs to life.
Attitude: Embrace a culture of integrity, confidentiality, and a proactive "can-do" spirit that drives positive outcomes.
Portfolio: Please provide a portfolio showcasing your design projects, particularly those created using 2020 Design software.
